When I first received this bridle I was hesitant to use it since it is just too stunning to get hairs and sweat on it 🤭 but I'm enjoying every moment of using it! Everything is very well made and with soft padded shaped earpiece. The lower cheekstrap is also ideally positioned for using it with a hackamore

reins aren't rubber backed they are plain and the brow band is a complete different colour despite all items being bought in brown, email to company no reply yet. Also sent a contact form, no reply. Honestly so disappointed I just want to cry, £200 including duty for a headpiece that doesn't match the brow band and a pair of reins completely different to the photos and right up advertised. photo of what I ordered and details compared to what I received
