I love the products, and I will probably buy from you again. However I’m not 100% satisfied with the service.
I made one order, realized I would like some more, so I make a second order.
The first order get send and I receive it. The second one however, still waiting for it. I try to reach out through mail, no response. I try the chat, where I get response. They tell me the order had been send with the first one. But not in the same package. I question how you can send two different boxes using the same package number. Where you tell me it’s two different numbers, but you just haven’t shared the information with me. I asked for the information, and then all communication stops!
I write another email, and finally get a response, where you tell me you’ve made a mistake and never sent the package.
I just hope the second order comes soon and that there won’t be any more problems..
