Terms & shipping
All orders are shipped with PostNord traceable shipping service. Our goal is to send Your order within two days. Deviations may occur due to high order pressure. If you leave your email in the checkout you will recieve a notification with the trackingnumber for your order.
If the post company returns the item to Masego Horsewear due to the customer not picking up the package at the advised parcel-center, a partial refund will be made to the customer. The partial refund equals to the purchase amount subtracted by the actual shipping costs both ways and a handling fee corresponding to 20EUR for covering Masego Horsewear expenses.
You can return an item within one week after you recieve it and get a full refund, provided that the item is completely intact when being returned to us. If returning an item due to such reason, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs and the consequenses if the shipping company (chosen by the customer) breaks or loses the package . When an item is returned, a visual check is done before the refund is made. Refunds are done to the original source of payment.
All the leather products are made by hand and when they are treated with care they will last for a long time. Do not leave them in oil-bath, that will destroy the coating. All you need to do is wipe it of with a little leatherbalm.
When using our browbands we recommend checking the claws holding the crystals after every ride, and hold back your horses forelock when removing the bridle to prevent that the hair will get stuck in the claws.
All products from Masego Horsewear should not be handled by children under 4 years of age, because of the choking hazard which small parts can cause if a small child puts it in their mouth.
