All orders are shipped with PostNord tracked delivery 📦
Dispatched from our central warehouse in Sweden, we aim to ship within 2 business days. Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been sent.

We offer a 10-day return window from the day of delivery ↩️
Items must be returned in unused, original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Uncollected parcels returned to us are subject to a deduction of shipping costs (both ways) and a €20 handling fee.

We recommend checking the crystal settings regularly and carefully moving the horse’s forelock aside when removing the bridle.
